The unanimous decision by the Supreme Court of Kenya on March 30 dismissing Mr Raila Odinga's presidential election petition gave a ringing endorsement to Mr Uhuru Kenyatta's victory. But that was the easy part.Fixing the problems at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) that led to the highly contested presidential poll will be the harder part.
